I came here for the third batch of Nagoya food: doteni and oden. This is an izakaya restaurant with an atmosphere that is loved by the locals. Although the menu is small, everything looks delicious, so we have Ton-yaki, Liver-grilled, Liver Karaage, Doteni, Heart, Kushikatsu (sauce) for 90 yen each, oden egg, konjac, and red stick for 100 yen each, along with a small beer for 480 yen. order. The skewers were small, so I was able to enjoy a variety of different types. I think I like grilled pork and heart. I like the red stick of oden. Although it is a paste, it is strange that it has a strong miso flavor. It's perfect for snacking as it brings out the next level of flavor. Although the inside of the store is not very clean, it has a very nice old-fashioned atmosphere. However, there are newspapers instead of napkins (I didn't really understand how to use them until the end), but if you're concerned about getting your hands dirty with miso, we recommend bringing tissues. It's a recommended restaurant when you want to have a quick drink at a cheap price, or if you just want to stop by while sightseeing.

The so-called Senbero rice cracker has been featured in various media, so it's a store you can't miss. Although it was after 17:00, I entered the store smoothly as I was alone. A Nagoya specialty that is an added bonus to the yakiton restaurant? It feels like a combination of red miso oden and kushikatsu... The taste is naturally delicious, and the service is quite fast. This was my first time at Hashigo Sake, so the beer was really delicious!
