I was interested in a shop that served deep-fried skewers until the stop. My husband seems to have been there and was recommended, so I came to the store this time. This is a restaurant that you can't get into without making a reservation. My wish has finally come true. I entered the store as soon as it opened at 17:30. All that's left to do is wait for the fried skewers to come out. My partner had a cold glass of draft beer (I think it was frozen), and I was driving, so I had hot tea. The palate-cleansing cabbage, daikon radish, and cherry tomatoes are all so sweet and delicious that you'll think they come from a special region. First of all, we had a very elegant skewer of red rice. From there, shrimp, scallops, asparagus, kelp with roe, sea bream, beef, salmon, stuffed shiitake mushrooms, octopus, and more come out until the food stops. I've been avoiding oily foods lately, but the batter is crispy so it doesn't weigh you down at all, and best of all, it's piping hot and delicious. When I made the reservation, I was told that it might take a while for the food to be served, but I was so impressed by the staff's quick and efficient movements that I didn't mind that at all. Even though the seats were full and it looked like it was going to be hectic, there was a relaxed atmosphere inside the restaurant that made me feel relaxed. This is one of the stores that I would definitely like to visit again.
