Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜松本市中町通り「城-GUSUKU」

This place and the food are easily one of my favorites. I got four dishes, three of which were recommended on the menu, and they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this place to others and would return myself. The pictures capture the tastiness of the food.

Easily the best tasting deep-fried chicken I've ever had - succulent yet amazingly crunchy! Really tasty & delicious. The meal depicted is the "Sanzokuyaki"-don (Matsumoto local chicken specialty) paired with "Shikuwasa"-juice (Okinawan lemon).

The soba noodles were very good! The staff was also incredibly friendly and thoughtful!
