Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜一心

A great restaurant near the JR station!! This is the first time to try a hot sake with a small grilled fish inside a fish-shape vessel. This sake is special and tasty, all other dishes are delicious as well. Most important is their great hospitality completes a great dinning experience.

I'm still in the process of receiving it, but I'm writing this because I want to recommend it. My first attempt at a solo pub was in Matsumoto while I was traveling. Since the hotel is located far away, I was interested in being close to Isshin. I ordered Daisetsukei, which I was interested in since I like Japanese sake, and was thinking of calling it a day after getting a few items. But above all, the food is delicious... I ordered offal stew, wild salmon, salt-grilled rockfish... I was going to climb a mountain the next day, so I tried to limit the amount of alcohol I had, but I ended up eating a lot of food😂 When I come to Matsumoto again, this is a store I want to visit and a store I want to introduce ♪
