I've been a fan ever since it was in front of Eniwa Station, across from Eniwa Hospital. It was my first visit since I came to the roadside station. In the past, the owner used to run the restaurant by himself, but now there are many young staff. There seems to be no eat-in or lunch. There is no need to sit down and order and then hold the rice ball. After paying, I spread out the rice balls on the table on the terrace of the roadside station and ate them. The taste is... It was delicious before, but it's getting even better! I wonder if the taste will fit in by wrapping it after squeezing it? Zangi is still delicious! Two quail eggs are included in the tonjiru. Even if you are tired from traveling, eating onigiri will make you feel relieved. We will go again! If you want, you want water. Water in a bottle of wine in front. I wonder if there's anything to drink this time.

For breakfast, I had salmon, salmon roe onigiri, dashimaki tamago, and pickles. Salmon salmon roe onigiri has more ingredients than convenience store onigiri and is very satisfying! I like it and use it for lunch. I had shiso plum rice balls and pork miso soup. The pork miso soup was piping hot and full of vegetable umami. It was the best deliciousness in my life. It was a wonderful shop. As a manager, I am concerned about the points mentioned in the bad reviews, so I will write about them. The warmth of pork soup has been improved, and Zangi was also offered to customers from new ones. Also, some people are saying that they should offer freshly made sushi, but that service is absolutely impossible in this location. There were 5 people waiting for the cash register when I used it during the daytime even on weekdays. It is a calculation that one person buys 2 or more on average and sells 10 or more in 5 minutes. No matter how fast you make such an elaborate onigiri, it will definitely take more than a minute. I felt sympathy for the customers who loudly demanded services that could only be provided at restaurants with few customers in rural areas. Regarding customer service, it seems that people with disabilities are also employed here, so I would like them to be kind enough to look at them with warm eyes. It was my first time having Haskap rice balls, and they were so delicious! The edamame and kelp rice balls are beautifully colored, have a nice texture, and are very satisfying!
