More Comments at Google MapUdon was delicious. Noodles are soft. Tempura isn't bad either. Large tempura will be cut.
Self-service Sanuki udon restaurant When you enter the store, udon is served in a bowl, and there are three sizes: large, medium, and small. Take the desired amount of bowl, transfer the surface to the tepo in the blanching corner, and warm it by soaking it in hot water. After that, take the tempura and rice balls, pay the bill, pour the soup stock from the faucet, and add as many green onions, bonito flakes, tempura bits, and chopped kelp as you like to your seat. The dashi stock is delicious, as it is rare in Sanuki, and the bonito flakes have a strong effect. The udon noodles weren't as chewy as they were freshly boiled.
I go there occasionally. Although it is self-service, the fried chicken can be re-fried and served warm, and large tempura such as kakiage and geso can be cut into bite-sized pieces. I think it's good because you can have fun making it to your liking without having to worry about heating the udon noodles yourself, adding the soup stock and condiments, etc.
