This is one of the few restaurants in Okayama where you can eat authentic Sanuki udon! The turnover rate is very good, so even if you're lined up, you can sit down and have a bowl of rice right away. Semi-self udon restaurant

A store near our hospital. This is probably the only place you can find hand-made noodles in this wholesale town. In the past, the noodles were hard and not good... Now, the noodles are smooth and chewy. The soup stock is not spicy and the aftertaste is good. There are some lunchtime udon restaurants that are boiled down and spicy, but you can eat here with no worries. This is my senior's store, but please compare it to the stores in your neighborhood. It's delicious.

The noodles have a chewy, chewy texture that makes them go down smoothly, and the soup stock seems to be blended with various kinds, so it's not too thick and goes well with the udon.
