I first came across a dark soba soup shop in the same line as Yabu Soba, which is famous for its strong soba soup in the Kanto region. As someone who likes Yabu Soba restaurants, I was very satisfied with the soy sauce flavored soup. It seems that the soba soup is used at the restaurant after it has been aged thoroughly. When I spoke to the shop owner and asked him, ``Isn't it difficult for people in Okayama to accept this level of intensity?'', I was told that it was a lot of trouble. If you like Yabu Soba restaurants, this restaurant is recommended. The soba noodles were also fragrant and delicious. If you like Kanto style soba, especially Yabu soba, this is the place to go!
