Finally found in Nagano, it is a bar open 24 hours a day. Rather than drinking quietly, it feels like a stranger's customers get excited. For each visit, you can get 5 stamps for 1 drink, 10 for 1 drink + snack or 1 meal service.

This is a standing bar with seating available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. (Of course I do it on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day) It's an unusual business style for a local city, and it's cheap! (Even though it's cheap, you get points every time you go, so if you go there, you can get even cheaper drinks with perks.) There are 100 yen beers available at certain times and days of the week, as well as a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including sake, shochu, wine, sour, and plum wine, even though the shop is small. Occasionally, the president of the restaurant will appear pretending to be a customer, and he will cook wild vegetables that he has picked himself and serve them for free. The quality is also outstanding! It's perfect for waiting for a train, but even if you miss the last train, you can still drink until morning, so it's definitely a place you'll want to stop by at the end. It's located on the second floor up a steep staircase between the barber shop Plage and Daily Yamazaki in the bus rotary, but there's also an elevator at the back, so even if you're drunk you can go up and down without worry. There aren't any elaborate dishes on the menu, but the beef tendon is surprisingly delicious! There is also standing seating, so if you like standing drinking, it's okay.
