Kishimen served with Kansai soup stock that is loved in Akashi. There is also a menu that is only available at the main store, so it is always busy.

I often use it when visiting Akashi Station. Since I was a child, I have been eating at the kishimen shop near Akashi Station. My mother, who is from Nagoya, also often used take-out food. The bonito soup stock has an elegant effect, It's a gentle taste that you'll understand as you get older (lol) I like udon and soba, If you are having trouble finding a store in your area, I recommend Miyako Kishimen without hesitation.

It's been a long time since Miyako Kishimen. I'm glad the taste hasn't changed. The photo is bonito kishimen. 480 yen (excluding tax). Best of all, the soup stock is delicious. The noodles go in easily and smoothly. I'm also happy that the time from when I order to when the food comes out is quick. I would be happy if there was a store nearby. I will come again if I come to Akashi.
