I went to Chinraiken, which is famous for its cold noodles. I arrived about 10 minutes before the store opened at 11:30, but there were already many customers queuing up. Wait about 30 minutes and enter the store. It seems to be a system where you buy a meal ticket before entering the store. I ordered a large serving of Kure cold noodles as a set meal (mini chashu rice bowl). There is also a delicious way to eat Kure cold noodles in the store, and I ate it as instructed, but it was a very delicious cold noodle. I was told that vinegar mustard makes it refreshing, and black vinegar makes it sweeter. The mini char siu rice bowl was also very delicious with a moderate amount and a slightly sweet seasoning. There were many signs in the store, and it was a wonderful store that convinced me why it was popular.

You buy a meal ticket, show it to the staff, and wait for a while before the famous cold noodles (large size) appear. The soup has a slight spiciness, perfect for hot summer days!
