Be the first one on weekdays off. In the end, the restaurant was reserved for the rest of the day until we left, but during that time, the phone kept ringing, apparently for delivery orders, and the staff was cooking a large amount of Fuchuyaki in front of the iron plate. My order was the Fuchuyaki lunch set + green onion mayo topping. It was my first time making Fuchuyaki, but it was really delicious. Hiroshima okonomiyaki is of course delicious, but compared to it, it doesn't feel heavy and can be eaten easily. As someone who is a big fan of rice, I also really appreciate that it comes with rice balls and miso soup. When I told him how delicious it was when I left the store, the staff member had a nice chat with me, which made me feel at home. I'm in the neighborhood so I'd like to visit again. As a side note, the iron plate provided is very hot, so be careful not to get burned.

It's a little expensive but delicious. If you give me 1,000 yen I think it's a perfect score of 120. Personally, I like the cheese riding series. It's delicious with lots of cheese on it. Next time I will order the green onion covered series. P.S.: I've had it on repeat ever since. There were so many green onions on the overflowing green onions (lol) that my child and I like cheese, and my wife likes green onions. Honestly, I think it's delicious no matter what you eat. I would like to try it freshly baked at a restaurant someday.
