This is the store I wandered into on my first visit to Kurashiki. It seems that it has been relocated and the inside of the store is very nice. It's been cleaned. I couldn't help but stay for a long time due to the master's personality and talk. The most important dishes were the stewed chicken, shark cartilage with plum meat, potato salad, grilled pork, and dried Tsuyama beef, all of which were delicious. The potato salad is accented with grilled bacon and is very filling! I chose tomato and cheese for the lightly grilled dish, and it was delicious! I wanted to order something else, but I was too full to eat it. Shark cartilage and dried meat have a firm texture and seasoning, making them the perfect accompaniment! This is a store I would like to visit again.
