Visited on weekdays in September 2022. I was completely satisfied with the atmosphere, the taste of the food, and the customer service. There were three groups of customers, including a group, and the proprietress was managing the restaurant alone, so I entered the store after waiting for a while. The explanations were thorough, and I enjoyed the food while listening to the recipes and recommendations. It feels like a local Genghis Khan restaurant and there are many regular customers. However, the hostess's hospitality was reasonable and comfortable. I don't know much about meat, but looking at the color and taste with my untrained eye, I think the freshness is good. I'm not sure if covering the meat with aluminum foil is the standard way to grill it, but the meat was tender and I was reminded that Genghis Khan is delicious. Because it's so light, you might end up eating too much. My two friends seemed very satisfied and wanted to go again. Personally, the lamb tongue was delicious.

I came from Kansai, but the lady at the store was friendly and kindly talked to me about various things. The meat was also very delicious and I had a second set of three kinds. The tatami room was also comfortable with a horigotatsu type. I regret that I was so absorbed in the story that I forgot to order the lamb chops.

According to word of mouth, the taste and customer service were both at the highest level! The lamb is fresh, soft and salty enough, but the sauce is really delicious. Personally, it tastes better than Bell. The miso sauce is sweet, and the soy sauce sauce is strong. Both were too intense and I couldn't stop.
