I visited Bistro Mozart, which I had always wanted to go to for lunch. Lucky it's open. Is this what a restaurant in the Italian countryside looks like with its cute wood-grain interior? It makes me think. I had finished sautéing the pork fillet, and was unsure whether to have it stewed or arabiki, so I consulted the master and was told that there are various kinds of stewed hamburgers, so I ordered stewed. The salad that comes with it has a faint curry scent, perhaps cumin seeds, and is delicious. The hamburger steak also has a good amount of spice. The shiitake mushrooms, which are vegetables, were stewed well, and I was happy because I could eat something like this for lunch. Master Ho is a very energetic person with a loud voice and sometimes hums and seems to be having fun. The Master's character is strong, but it's not sarcastic. I like spicy food, so I was very satisfied with today's meal.

Luxury dinner on a weekday night! My partner visited a bistro that was recommended to him by an acquaintance. I came here for work and discovered it. Coarsely ground hamburger lunch cup with soup rice was delicious.
