I was invited to check out today's daily menu for lunch. It's right next to Magazine House in Higashi Ginza. It's along Matsuya Street, but it's underground, so it might be a little hard to find. Since it's lunch at an izakaya, fish dishes are probably recommended, but I decided to stick with my initials and had the daily changing pork cutlet set meal. It's 850 yen. Lately, I've been feeling like it's common to spend over 1,000 yen wherever I go, so this is helpful. Shortly afterwards, a pork cutlet set meal was served in a fine two-tiered container. In addition to the pork cutlet, it comes with sashimi, hiyayakko, a small side dish, and grapefruit, as well as rice, miso soup, and grilled seaweed. Due to the location, I can't afford to pay 1,000 yen for lunch, but I'm really grateful for the 850 yen price given that there's so much food. Another thing worth mentioning is the rice! It's freshly cooked, and best of all, the rice is delicious. The main pork cutlet is a little tough, but the price, volume, and delicious rice make it a meal. Naturally, I ended up ordering a second helping! Let's have some seafood this time. Thank you for the delicious meal today. Thank you!
Lunch was delicious 😋 Eggs and seaweed were provided, and I was able to get a second helping of miso soup, which was nice.
