More Comments at Google MapA long-established store with 60 years of history located between Kasai and Ichinoe. Edo Soba Gosanke “Sunaba” The dashi and soup are made with high-quality true kelp from Hokkaido, honkarebushi from Kagoshima, mackerel from Yakushima, and Uda from Kochi. For the soba noodles, we use buckwheat flour carefully selected by Sunaba, including stone-mill coarsely ground buckwheat flour from Etanbetsu, Hokkaido. The soup has a mellow and deep flavor thanks to traditional handmade methods passed down since the Edo period and a focus on natural ingredients. The Tendon and bamboo steamer set I received this time is extremely delicious, so I highly recommend you try it. There are many other menus as well. All of them have a quality that makes you want to repeat them. *PAYPAY payment possible
I went to eat New Year's Eve soba. After all, it's a popular restaurant❗I also wanted to eat in the sandbox, so I staggered the time, but I lined up for a while. Even though you are busy, your very heartfelt words make me feel good I ate New Year's Eve soba. The noodles are firm and the dipping sauce is not too sweet or too salty, it's really delicious 🎵Recommended!! ️
This is a soba restaurant that is loved by locals. It's always crowded, but I understand.
