I entered the restaurant around 1:30pm on a Saturday, and although it was almost full, there was a space at the end of the counter, so I was able to sit down without having to wait. I had the Noto seafood bowl (bonito, sea bream, black porgy), and there was no smell. Start by cutting the bonito into three pieces. It was very fresh and delicious. Although we do not have a private parking lot, there are many coin parking lots nearby, so you don't have to worry about coming by car.
