More Comments at Google MapI ordered half boiled ramen and boiled boiled egg. I have business in Kamiooka, search for ramen and go here. The store is quite small with only 7 seats at the counter. When I sit down, it's pretty close to the wall. The inside of the store has a good scent of dried sardines. If you take a bite, it's a tsukan. It feels good, and it's Hikan itself. The next schedule was approaching, but the tossed ball too. The dried sardines paste is also good, and it's best to add the ramen's dried sardines soup to make it richer. At the time of checkout, the cup noodles of Hitotsukan are on the cash register. When I looked it up later, I found out that the store manager was from Hyokan. It was a convincing taste.
I regularly want to eat cement-based niboshi ramen, so this time I visited this place, which I had been curious about for a while. Although the ingredients are simple, the soup is rich, so you can enjoy the taste of dried sardines. I used dried sardines for the marinated balls and enjoyed the dried sardines to their fullest, but if you find the soup too salty, the black vinegar seasoned balls seem to be just right. Although the shop is not large, the staff were polite and I enjoyed the ramen comfortably!
This shop is located along Kamakura Kaido, a 5-minute walk south from Keikyu Kamiooka Station. It's a small shop with 7 seats at the counter. The grand menu is the dried sardine ramen made with 100% domestically produced dried sardines, but I ordered the sweet shrimp ramen, which was only available that day. The rich sweet shrimp soup stock and the base of dried sardines provide solid support, and the ``Kunuki-ism'' has been firmly inherited and is delicious. The noodles are thin and thick, and the base is hard. The limited edition red bean liver dressing is also delicious. I think it's a little-known spot because it doesn't seem to be as crowded as Tonuki with this quality.
