I guess we were lucky as we came 20 min prior opening and there was no line. restaurant is located in a modern building linked to underground walkway from Sapporo Station. Super fresh and delicious uni on rice as well as uni omelette and the uni gratin. I have also tried scallops with butter but they were slightly overcooked. Service is excellent and the lady assisting us spoke great English. Highly recommended if you are after fresh uni!

Uni was sweet, fresh, and creamy. I am in awe of how good it was, and can’t think of any better uni I’ve had. If you get the wood set along with rice and miso soup, you can basically get the smaller donburi set but with a lower price per gram

Prepare for waiting in line between 1 and 2 hours. No reservations available. Food is fresh, but small size. A famous place for Uni. Service is awesome and dining atmosphere is amazing.
