I was expecting a typical meat udon, but the soup stock was rich and matched well. It's an orthodox curry udon, but it's spicy enough that it has a deep flavor that makes you want to drink it up. The udon is also chewy and gives a good impression of ``the Saitama udon''. A store that I can recommend.
