My favorite stop in Kofu and my number one restaurant recommendation. Delicious food with an incredibly stylish and aesthetic atmosphere. Everything in the restaurant is gorgeous, including the food. Lunch and dinner menus are different, both equally delicious. I love the crispy chicken at lunch! Lunch is open from 11:00-14:00. It is a popular spot so I recommend to make a reservation before going, just to be sure. You can make reservations really easily on instagram!

We were blown away by the cooking of this restaurant. We ordered some bolognese pasta and it was the best we have ever tried ! If you are dropping by kofu, this is a must !

A little bit expensive, but very cool place. For me the only problem was that there's no pictures in the menu. Very difficult to understand only by the name of the dish...
