Delicious meats, seafood, and an impressive wine selection. The menu is in Japanese only but the friendly staff will patiently explain the dishes to you. We sat at the six seat counter instead of a table and loved watching the very efficient and attentive kitchen. Paid parking lots nearby.

Mr. Inove, a French bistro in Daikancho. I had a group dinner with friends in August 2023. It's a la carte, not a course. There is a kitchen on the 1st floor and counter and table seats on the 2nd floor. The charcoal and firewood grill using the main Gifu Bono Pork was particularly delicious. In addition, it was nice to be able to enjoy a variety of delicious assortments centered on vegetables called crudite. You can feel the attention to detail in each dish. Bottled wine is about twice the market price, so it's conscientious. In addition, the staff members have the word “moderate” engraved on their backs, but it seems to be a moderation, not too much to drink and not to eat too much. Depending on the dish, the volume is unexpectedly large, so let's order while exploring. Even if moderate is the shop's philosophy, the taste was not moderate but the best.
