Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Yakuju

Truly excellent meal! We wanted to find a good steak house in the area but not right in the Sannomiya area. This restaurant was amazing! We went for lunch and had a skirt steak set and chicken set menu. Both were delicious (our first time eating Kobe beef) and all the side dishes were excellent as well. Very good attention to detail, from detailed descriptions about the meats, rice and even water that they use in the restaurant - all top quality. To top it all off, the owners of the restaurant were extremely friendly and kind - beautiful family! After lunch, we walked around to the various sake brewery museums and had a fun day trip from Osaka.

Looking for lunch on the go? When I was looking for a Yakiniku restaurant for lunch, I found a meat restaurant next to the Yakiniku restaurant. I stopped by because it was reasonably priced and had a high rating on Google Maps. Compare the steak gozen and skirt steak gozen with your companion. Both are delicious, but I think the steak meat is a little more delicious. The lean and crisp meat was delicious with our signature sauce. I think it's run by a husband and wife, and since it's a holiday, they have two kids and they hang out in the corner for a while. A peaceful, warm feeling. It was a nice holiday lunch.
