Gifu, Japan｜Okuchan

I went to Okuchan in Tamamiya, Gifu! It's open until 2:00, so I can go after work, which is great! I ate the curry skewers I wanted! It's delicious! I wanted to add rice to the leftover roux and eat it as a curry! We also ate various other dishes! I was disappointed that there were so many things that I couldn't eat when I went there, but if I have the chance again, I would love to go and try some of the things I couldn't eat! I will go again! Curry in front of Gifu Station! Not just a talented store Don't be fooled by the store's atmosphere. The famous curry offal is a must, but there are many menu items that can only be found here, such as seared chicken and chicken skin that is baked for 5 days using the same method as in Hakata! Since I was driving and couldn't drink today, the hospitality was great, as they were more than happy to serve me tea without alcohol! The chicken fillet skewers are really delicious and I would like to come back again. I was blown away by the deliciousness of the Teppanyaki Neapolitan that I ate at Shime!

The dishes that come out are casually delicious, such as the specialty offal curry skewers, wasabi with plenty of wasabi from Hokkaido, soup dumplings and Taiwanese ramen to finish. I hear that there are many delicious restaurants in Gifu, but it's the best city because it's just a casual entry.
