The level is high from the appetizer. The master seems to have been trained in Kyoto and Tokyo, and the creative dishes that are not too much from Kyoto are really delicious. You are doing a very thorough job. Every dish is delicious at a restaurant where the appetizer is delicious. I'm really looking forward to it because it seems that the appetizer changes every season. The master is managing all by himself, so please go out with plenty of time to spare.

This restaurant was the second one up the ladder and had a menu full of Kansai-style, elegantly seasoned a la carte dishes. The person who came with me recommended that the macaroni salad with Gorgonzola was delicious, so I ordered it along with the stewed offal, and the rich aroma of cheese left me lingering. The giblet stew was very soft and one of the best tasting dishes I've ever had, and even though I don't like spicy food, I had it refilled. Inside the counter, there were more records than bottles stacked up to the ceiling. It seems that Shota is proud of it. They put on music with a good atmosphere one after another, and we enjoyed drinking while listening to the wonderful background music.
