Nagano, Japan｜永山-eizan-

Visited alone for dinner in Nagano for the first time. Both the cook and the female clerk are energetic and friendly. Local specialties such as Shinshu salmon, horse sashimi, I eat grilled bandits. Everything was delicious.

I went there because I got a reservation at the opening time. It was nice to be able to enjoy the gourmet food in the prefecture and drink good sake.

Dinner time after taking a bath at the hotel! The store I researched was full and I couldn't enter despite the corona misfortune. So, I arrived here in Nagayama. An izakaya that is perfect for solo sightseeing with plenty of sake and Nagano specialties. It is also nice that it is open even at late hours. The taste of the food is generally ordinary, but you can enjoy all of Nagano, such as nozawana, salted fried chicken, horse sashimi, and Shinshu salmon. There are 3 floors in the store, but there is only one manager in the kitchen! There must be more than 30 people just by looking at the first floor where I was sitting. The part-time job at the hall is also turned by two girls. I can't believe I'm going to do this number of menus and customers by myself! 5 points for the manager's hard work!
