It was the Bon Festival holiday in Japan, and I couldn't find any restaurants that were open. I finally found this yakiniku restaurant where you can smoke. The shop is run by a nimble proprietress and a white-haired father with a mustache as chef. After the dishes are served, he becomes more and more satisfied, ignoring the smell of cigarette smoke from the customers next to him. I also think every dish is delicious. It’s worth mentioning their special chicken tang and chicken meatballs dipped in egg yolk (つくね). The fried chicken is not too salty, and the skin is thin and the meat is juicy. Although there is no cartilage, the meat is soft and moderate, the seasoning is just right, and the sauce is even more mouth-watering! The food is delicious and cheap. After eating like this, not counting two drinks, lettuce salad and お通し, it only cost more than 5100! The point is that this store saved us in a deserted town during the national holiday.
