The omakase starts at 2,000 yen, so I asked for 3,000 yen. Spinach with sesame sauce, homemade tofu, and sashimi (on this day, it was shrimp, tuna, and octopus) Aojitsubu, king salmon, and 6 items of sea urchin miso. I had the homemade tofu with yuzu salt if you like, but I was surprised at how delicious it was. The king salmon was delicious to the skin, and the sea urchin miso was great with sake. I was a little unsatisfied, so I ordered additional sandfish rice sushi and oden assortment. This was also delicious, and the sake progressed. The number of items on the menu is small, but I thought it was a restaurant that was particular about each item. The inside of the store has been beautifully renovated and I was able to relax in a calm space. It is a shop that I want to revisit.

This is a restaurant recommended by Kazuhiko Ota. Everything you eat here is delicious, and the carefully selected sake is also of good quality. On this day, I ordered a ``slightly luxurious'' course (kaiseki?), and for dipping sauce I had simmered blue fish, Hokkai striped shrimp, grilled king salmon, sashimi (botan shrimp, tuna, and tuna), and sandfish. The sushi, tachipon, sea urchin miso, etc. were all wonderfully delicious dishes. The downside is that there is only a 5-seat counter and 2 tables, which can only accommodate about 10 people, but the prices are reasonable and you can enjoy your meal in peace. If you come to Susukino in Sapporo, please use our service at least once.

No regular holiday. It's open all year round, so you won't be shaken. Delicious sake and delicious appetizers. Nothing to say!
