Chitose, Hokkaido, Japan｜大衆酒場 稀真（きしん）

Everywhere is full I was able to make a reservation at the counter, so 2 people entered the store. It seems like smoking is allowed, but since I don't smoke, I wanted to avoid it. There were no smokers at the counter seats. I ordered bottled beer because I didn't have draft beer, but I regretted it because I had forgotten how delicious bottled beer was. I was impressed by the pickled radish that was served with the appetizer. Even more impressed by the potato salad, which is popular through word of mouth. The liver skewers with sesame oil are even more impressive. The hidden sake is also impressive I was also impressed by the low price of the bill. If you have a chance to stay in Chitose I'll visit you again! Next time I'll try fried natto and boiled giblets!

We ate there from 3pm on Saturday. I ordered the all-you-can-drink option that day, and enjoyed the three recommended sashimi, Inca Mezame fries, a rare skewer (I forgot the name), white liver skewer, and oden. There's no draft beer, so it's bottled beer. There was also Hoppy, so I drank both black and white. I went once and fell in love with it.

I didn't expect to get this much of surf clam, flounder, and tuna in a 550 yen sashimi platter. The cost performance is overwhelming in Chitose city...If you order too much, you'll feel like your stomach will explode. If you order it just because it's a modest price...you'll end up with more than you can eat. The atmosphere inside the store is mostly regulars. It's a fun space where people of all ages can mix and match.
