Never tried fugu before and it was surprisingly fresh and meaty than I thought. U won’t regret for this, though it is quite expensive. Originally wanted to book another fugu restraurant but it was closed. So I just saw this restraurant when I left family mart. Reservation is a must, as it seems that only 4-5 tables are available in it. The eel sake tasted funny as it is a bit salty (or umami?) strong alcoholic taste (love it). Shabu-shabu is a must try. The porridge aft shabu-shabu was comforting too.

Although it was my first time to try it and I don’t have the experience at other restaurants to compare it with, the food itself was delicious. This kind of light fish will have other flavors after being cooked, leaving a stronger impression than sashimi.
