Nagano, Japan｜Al Dente

I highly recommend a visit here. While staying in Nagano we used google to tell us which restaurants nearby were good. Recommendations led us a short walk to Al Dente. Perfect, as a couple of our younger traveler’s are less adventurous with their food, they could have pasta yet we still got to enjoy a unique experience. And that it was, we had very Japanese flavoured spaghetti, it was a wonderful meal. Everyone finished their plates. Unique, delicious flavours and wonderful service run by a family.

I love the flavor of Japanese pasta and truly enough the spaghetti is cooked al Dente 👍👍. The Owner speak good English and was very friendly. Highly recommended, if you are looking for good Japanese style spaghetti.

Friendly and helpful staff. They also have an English menu. Servings are decent and prices are low. They have an assortment of pastas which range from traditional to Japanese style ones which include shiitake mushrooms and roe. If you dont feel like Japanese cuisine, come here for a break.
