Probably the best soup and spaghetti I've had in my entire life!

2023.10/13 I came back because there was something on the menu I was interested in. Small serving of spicy arrabbiata with bacon and eggplant 1 spicy 870+ rice (180g) 110. Last time I had a medium serving, rice, and a drink, so I had a hard time, so I only had a small serving and rice. Arrabbiata has garlic and just the right amount of spiciness, making it more delicious than the tomato cream sauce I had last time! The quantity was also just right. 2023.10/10 I found a soup pasta specialty restaurant with good reviews so I visited. The exterior of the store looks like it's a ramen shop, and it doesn't look stylish, so it's very easy to come in alone on weekdays. Cheese topped basil tomato cream medium 960 yen + rice drink set 240 yen. Based on the image, I expected the taste to be quite a rich tomato cream sauce, but when I tried it, it had a surprisingly refreshing taste, but it was still delicious. After you finish eating the noodles, add the rice, add salt, pepper, and olive oil from the table to make a risotto, and it will be quite delicious! The 160g portion of pasta, a bowl of rice, and a drink will fill you up. If you want to eat expensive, tasteless, and limited pasta at a fancy restaurant in Karuizawa, I thought it might be a good idea to come to Saku and eat here.

A soup pasta specialty shop near Iwamurata Station in Saku City❗️ 10 cars 🚗 can be parked in front of the store and across the street 💨 I love that it's open all day, with no regular holidays 🎵😄🎵 You can go eat when there's free time 👍️ The inside of the store is small with a few counter seats and about 3 tables. I had a hard time choosing the squid mentaiko cream pasta 🍝 from the menu, which has a wide variety of Japanese style, tomato, and cream flavors! ️ Of course the amount of pasta is maxed out (275g, 2.4 servings‼️) The scent of squid tide combined with the rich mild cream is delicious😋 Pasta served with mentaiko (made in Hokkaido❗️) gradually dissolved in the soup🍝!! ️It was amazing👏 It was so delicious that even the extra portion was devoured🎵 You can also order rice 🍚 and eat it as a risotto ❗️ Next time I want to try the classic tomato-based pasta🍝😋 Definitely a repeat purchase 😆
