Kodaira, Tokyo, Japan｜eggg park

I came to this restaurant because my friend wanted to try the half-boiled omelet rice that she saw on Instagram. It's quite far from the station, so we had to walk quite a bit, but it was a really great restaurant. It was lunchtime on Saturday, but I was able to sit down without waiting and ordered a half-boiled demi-glace omelet rice and fluffy brûlée pancakes. The demi-glace omelette rice had a creamy egg that went perfectly with the rich demi-glace sauce, and even though it was quite large, I ate it all in one go. As the menu name suggests, the brûlée pancakes were fluffy and melted in your mouth. Since it's called brûlée, I also had it with caramel sauce. The restaurant across the street is also part of the same chain, and seems to mainly serve Japanese food, so I'd like to go there next time.

The cafe across the street has a Japanese taste, while the park has a Western taste. The car was full, but the store was spacious and I came by bicycle, so I was able to enter the store immediately and sit down. The order came out without waiting too long. It is a very good shop with very polite taste and arrangement. The taste is not too strong, yet the taste of the ingredients is solid. The white cheese omelet rice had a good aroma and taste with an exquisite black pepper. I think that it is a very high-level shop that is not bad as a cost performance.

I came in for the pancakes, but the lunch menu looked delicious, so I ordered the classic pancake mini set with omelet rice. As expected from an egg shop, the eggs were really delicious 😋 The pancakes you are looking for are also fluffy and delicious ✨ This is by far the best pancake I've eaten in the past few years 🎊
