Traditional Japanese restaurant near to the university of Tokyo. There are a selections of sashimi, fried chicken/beef, Japanese hotpot and a selection of osake.

Showa omelet rice and fried shrimp lunch set I received 1,100 yen (with salad and soup). It's run by an elderly couple, the atmosphere is nice, and the food comes out quickly. The ketchup rice was well seasoned but not too strong, just the right amount, and the homemade tartar sauce on the two large fried shrimp was also delicious ♡ The vegetables in the salad are also very fresh.

It's in the basement, so it was very difficult to get in at first, but once I got there, it was really nice!
