Osaka, Japan｜Tamago-to-watashi Whity-umeda

I thought it was just a slightly better omurice. But it was really good to eat. The eggs are not as sweet and greasy as usual, but with a little bit of sea salt, the eggs have a faintly crispy skin, but the inside is soft and fluffy, which is perfect. recommend!

Food was eggselent (bad pun, I know). The lasagna plate had the fluffiest omelette I've ever tried, and the omurice with red rice and demiglace sauce was amazing.

Oh man. This place was a great find! We didn't realize there was a whole underground mall and almost gave up on finding it but the fluffy souffle omellete over cheesey tomato made it worth the hunt to find it!! Soooooo gooood.
