This restaurant is located in the Fujisawa Jumbo Golf Driving Range. I love mixed green and red curry at this restaurant, salada bar is also great! Other dishes are also great and delicious, let's try here!!

It's near the Keio Shonan Fujisawa campus, so it's in the countryside on the north side of Fujisawa, but it's New Otani quality here. I had the special lunch sirloin steak with Japanese sesame sauce and the Autumn Special Menu porcelain grilled beef fillet steak "VOLCANO" 200g, and both were delicious. The salad bar isn't that big, but the items lined up on the salad bar seem to be thoughtful, and the shrimp, squid, and octopus were delicious. There are 3 types of dressing. The soup bar only had one type of soup, but the toppings were powdered cheese, crackers, and croutons. There are plastic gloves at the salad bar, but they have S, M, and L sizes, which gives a hotel-quality feel. If the size doesn't fit, it can be difficult to put on or take off, so I think they are trying to make sure you can eat comfortably. I came here at 11am when the restaurant opened, but it didn't seem like it would be full as soon as it opened. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, and the spacing and arrangement of the tables gives it a relaxed feel, similar to a hotel dining room. You can see the practice field from inside the restaurant, and of course you can see cars from the window on the parking lot side, but it's in the countryside of Fujisawa, so it doesn't feel like the garbage in the city.
