Kusatsu, Shiga, Japan｜Cafe Restaurant Lavender ～ラベンダー 南草津

I mention this place in my review of my hotel stay, since breakfast here was a part of the room's price. I would certainly return here in the future next time I'm in Shiga-ken. The quality & quantity are certainly worth it!! I only had the brekky, but I'm looking forward to trying the lunch or dinner next time. And it's conveniently located about 2 min walk from Minami-kukatsu Station, from the North exit.

This restaurant has delicious food and a nice atmosphere. Since it is a hotel restaurant, it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I always come here for lunch. Especially the beef cutlet lunch is very delicious and is typical of a hotel restaurant. It's more delicious than the beef cutlet specialty store. You can't go wrong! You can also add a salad bar for 300 yen, which is very reasonable. The daily lunch menu also offers very delicious lunches. The roast beef bowl is also delicious and satisfying. They also have omelet rice and curry, so I often go here when I can't decide on lunch.

Lunch is 900 yen and includes a salad bar and drink bar. The inside of the store is beautiful.
