Wakayama, Japan｜Matsuya

I had a really tasty lunch here. The old lady who served me was really friendly. When I go back to Wakayama I'm sure that I will go there again.

Wow great food, it’s as if mom cooked me a really good dinner. The ladies that run this place are so friendly and have excellent service. Our kids ate all their food and the place is kid friendly. Come here after you check out the Wakayama Castle.

I came here to eat a little before the show. I wanted to eat meat, but it was out of stock, so I ordered the fried shrimp set. I was surprised to see two very large shrimp on it😄 The fried shrimp is not bulky, and the volume is amazing. The soup was probably handmade, but it was creamy and delicious, and it was served on a plate rather than a cup, making it almost like a course. I don't have a photo, but my daughter ordered the oyakodon with noodles and a bowl of rice.The meat was tender and she was thrilled that it was the most delicious oyakodon she had ever eaten. I was a little worried as it was a long-established store, but it turned out to be a great success. I will definitely come back next time I go to Wakayama. Mother who has a little older, dad (maybe) who is not outside (maybe), please do so.
