This is a rare Western restaurant where adults and children can have lunch together. The carefully prepared dishes, which are faithful to the basics of Western restaurants from the Showa era, give you a sense of nostalgia and peace of mind. It seems like the restaurant is run by a family member, with the father in the kitchen and the mother in the hall, but there is no atmosphere that oozes the sense of life that is common in such establishments, and the interior and kitchen are both clean and well-equipped to provide hospitality. The B set meal plate consists of potato salad, garniture (pasta), coleslaw (no mayo), cold pork, fried shrimp, and hamburger steak, and the optional fried oysters are beautifully arranged with slices of lemon. The potato salad has a light taste that allows you to enjoy the simple taste of potatoes, rather than a strong mayonnaise flavor. The coleslaw also seemed to be an old-fashioned traditional recipe made with vinegar, salt, and sugar. The garniture had the ketchup flavor (Neapolitan style) that everyone loves, and was a little strong, but since it had been stir-fried properly, the sourness wasn't too noticeable and the pasta had just the right texture. The rather small hamburger steak has a fine texture and texture similar to pork main, and the demi-glace sauce goes well with the rice. The rice was perfectly cooked, not too soft and not too hard, and was delicious. By the way, there were some people who were asking for a second helping of rice, and my mother kindly asked, "Would you like the same amount?" So when serving the meal, I asked if it would be less. If you feel that way, just ask honestly, ``Can I get a second helping?'' Cold pork is similar to char siu made by a butcher, but it is prepared in a Western style and has a chewy texture, yet remains moist and tender, indicating that it has been carefully cooked. The fried oysters fill your mouth with the umami of fresh oysters that cannot be expressed with frozen oysters, and the fried shrimp definitely has the crunchy texture of black tiger oysters, which is irresistible. The fries weren't dressed in a way that made them look too big, but instead they were covered in the bare minimum of fresh breadcrumbs, making them a nostalgic, home-style fried dish that looked like something my mother would have served on the table back in the day. The homemade pudding I received for dessert is probably an old recipe. Heavy flavors have become mainstream in recent years, but the balance of lightness, moderate richness, mellowness, and bitterness is very elegant. It is a precious restaurant where anyone who sticks to the basics can enjoy a meal with peace of mind, without adding any fancy presentation or seasoning. There was an indescribable sense of security in the gentle voice of the mother serving the customers to the customers, and in the atmosphere of the couple's conversation, and everything was so full of honest compassion that it almost gave me a nosebleed. I think they are probably able to continue operating because they are not tenants, but it is still difficult to maintain a restaurant business for a long time. There was a review that referred to this dish as a ``supermarket side dish'', but I guess that person is incredibly naive. They are probably people who have never had much experience with cooking. There was also a mention of ``cospa chef,'' but this seems to be the argument of someone who cannot calculate the costs that naturally occur in restaurant management, such as the quality of the ingredients provided, management, cooking techniques, losses, utility costs, and profits. This restaurant is particular about the freshness of the cucumbers and lemon slices on the plate, and will definitely serve you delicious food. Depending on the previous food experience and sensibilities of the person visiting, this restaurant will offer a hearty and simple taste that cannot be found at chain family restaurants, set menu restaurants, or izakaya bars. I sincerely hope that you will continue to visit us as many times as possible. This is already love. Just coming here and having a meal makes me happy. Thank you for the meal today.

Visited with my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair. My mother was excited when I heard that we had started frying oysters, so she had two fried oysters on the B set meal of hamburger and fried white fish, and I had the B set meal without fried oysters with miso soup. I wonder if my elderly mother can eat it all. Despite my worries, my mother ate it all, probably because the hamburger was small and there wasn't much rice. It seems that the fried oysters were delicious, so I'm happy. I finished it all, including the coffee that came with the after-meal set. It was a happy platter of the B set meal, including the spaghetti, potato salad, and cabbage with sweet and sour sauce. I thought I would be able to make it to the pudding at the end because it looked a bit small, but I had to give up on the pudding because my belly was full. When I paid the bill, the chef's husband said to me, ``Mom, I'm glad you have an appetite,'' which made my mother smile. The hostess of the hall kindly helped me get in and out of my wheelchair, and I had a heart-warming time.
