Goemon after a long time. When you enter the entrance, the system has changed to a system where you first purchase tickets from a ticket vending machine. I'm the type of person who worries about ordering, so I got nervous when there was someone in the back. My favorite cod roe pasta was consistently delicious.

It is located in a corner of Wakamatsu-cho along National Route 51 where restaurants and cafeterias are concentrated. Goemon is a Western noodle shop that you can eat with chopsticks. I go mostly on weekdays, so I don't experience crowds on weekends. Three people came to the restaurant for lunch around 12:10 on a Sunday. About 3 groups were waiting. The place was full and we had to wait for about 10 minutes before being guided. I usually order my favorite dish, ``Mentaiko and Spicy Takana Spaghetti,'' but today I ordered ``Hiroshima Oyster and Scallop Peperoncino'' and ``Seafood Yokubari Spaghetti (Kombu Dashi Soy Sauce Flavor).'' The rich aroma of the oysters and the olive oil with the chili peppers and garlic were well balanced and delicious. On the other hand, as for the seafood, the peperoncino is a mixture of squid, octopus, salmon roe, and seaweed, and has a kelp-flavored soup stock, which is also exquisite. I ordered the Half & Half (roasted egg butter, plenty of shrimp and mozzarella cheese in tomato cream sauce), the Peperoncino with bamboo shoots, shrimp, and hot shellfish, and the Neapolitan with spring vegetables and shrimp, and they were delicious. Delicious every time I go. The store is clean and the employees have a nice smile. The guidance is also efficient. It is a shop where you can relax even if you go alone. Seafood and octopus peperoncino pasta are the best.
