Chiba, Japan｜BISTRO FUKUMOTO

We found this looking for a different restaurant and we’re so glad we didn’t find the other one. The food was amazing and the yuzu sake was refreshing! I had the ratatouille and my husband had seafood gratin. Both were delicious!

The event starts at 15:00, so go early and have lunch in Chiba. I was wondering because it's Saturday, but I chose 2 hamburger shops and 1 ramen shop. Ramen was passed around for dinner, and I went to the site without being able to decide on two shops. For the time being, head to our store far from the venue. I entered the store attracted by the atmosphere that stands alone along the green road. It was just 12 o'clock, but I was passed through the counter seat. Ordered the 100% Wagyu beef hamburger lunch. The table seats are filled, and it is a customer base that seems to be Saturday afternoon with young and old couples with children. First, the appetizer was brought, consomme soup. It was a cold day, so a cup that warmed my heart. It comes with a salad. Berg soon settled down. Fluffy, juicy and soft hamburg steak. It's meaty and delicious. It's hard to find a hamburger as soft as this with 100% wagyu beef. Demi looks thick but not as thick as it looks. A soft-eyed hamburger feels like it's been a while. While sandwiching green beans and potato garnish, the last is rice bowl, and it's a complete meal. It was a relaxing cup of coffee after dinner. It was a wonderful shop that seems to be able to respond to various situations, and I am grateful to have such a shop nearby.

Visited on July 10, 2022. Today, I was hungry for Western food, but I didn't visit there before and enjoyed the hamburger steak at Bistro Fukumoto in Shinjuku, Chuo Ward, Chiba! ︎I was curious about today's lunch, so I ordered the popular menu items ``Beef Stew Hamburger (large serving of rice)'' and ``100% Wagyu Beef Hamburger.'' With soft and well-cooked beef on top, the fluffy hamburger was full of juicy meat and had the taste of a Western restaurant that I was looking for, and it was a perfect hamburger that I could easily eat up the oversized rice! ︎Doria and omelet rice also caught my attention, and it became one of the shops I would like to visit again soon♫
