A true little place in the heart of Hiroshima. We came for the gyoza and were not disappointed! We even ordered twice and enjoyed a lot of their delicious side dishes! The gyozas will be made freshly when ordered and you can observe the entire process. Paired with some sake it was a memorable experience!

This is the best gyoza restaurant in Hiroshima. It's a popular restaurant that is often closed to the public as it only has a counter, so it might be a good idea to call before going. There are three types of gyoza that are delicious: plain, shiso gyoza, and super-thin skin (formerly Tokushima gyoza), but personally, I prefer the super-thin-skin gyoza with lots of garlic! The condiment of ginger and beer go perfectly together. All three types have thin skins, so I think you can eat all three types deliciously without feeling full! If you're in the mood for gyoza today, this is definitely your choice, so please give it a try. The side dishes, kimchi yakko and offal stew, are also exquisite.

There are 3 types: (1) plain, (2) with perilla, and (3) thin skin, and you can eat all three! The bean paste is so refreshing and not heavy. It's juicy but not greasy.
