It's a competitive area for Chinese restaurants (especially lunch) and it's cheap and delicious. Also, the customer service is pleasant and the distance between the seats is good. I saw a few solo female customers, but it makes sense since you can take your time.

I never thought you could eat and drink so cheaply in the city center! I was surprised. Also, the taste is similar to alcohol.
