Great modern Chinese spot with two dozen unique gyoza dumplings on the menu in addition to a long list of traditional Chinese dishes. Staff is friendly and the restaurant spacious. Highly recommend the fluffy egg white fried rice with scallops, it’s like nothing I’ve tasted before.

Most of the time there were groups, but we also had seats available for solo travelers. It's lively, but not noisy, so it's a good place to have a drink while reading. It was my first time to have fried potatoes with garlic and it was very delicious.

This is a shop in Shinbashi that I've always been interested in. It's located inside Tokyo Station, so it's in a good location, and I've been there many times since it opened. The lunch salad bar is delicious, but the main course is also filling, so be careful not to eat too much! There are many dinner menus, and all of them are delicious, so you'll want to come back again and again.
