I ordered Gomoku Yakisoba for 750 yen. It's a pity that quail eggs are not included, but the noodles were perfectly cooked. You can enjoy the change that gradually softens as the red bean paste gets caught in the crispy baked part. It's run by an elderly couple, but the shopkeeper went on a quick delivery on a motorcycle, and while the shopkeeper was absent, his wife shook the hot pot, and I was blessed with an exquisite combination from the counter.

I always go here when I'm nearby for work. I especially like the hoikoro, which has a strong flavor that makes it addictive and goes well with rice!
