This is my favorite gyoza specialty store in Tachikawa. It's very relaxing in a popular and unpretentious store. Uncle, Auntie... (I love traveling abroad) and a beautiful poster girl ✨ lol The ingredients are mostly minced meat, a little bit of cabbage, a subtle ginger flavor, and no garlic. Thin gyoza dumplings with chewy skin, no folds on the front and back, and a crispy surface. There are grilled and boiled dumplings. 6 plates? It was… Two people can eat 6 plates. If you are unsure, add it after 3 dishes. And The yakitori here is also good. As a chicken lover, I love this place. Choice of salt or sauce. Local people can keep shochu if they have it in stock. The dumplings here are dumplings that you really want to eat again on a regular basis.

I was invited by a friend who lives in West Tokyo. This shop is just a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Tachikawa Station through a back alley that only locals would know about. Instead of making a certain number of gyoza and wrapping them in advance, you can have them freshly made. The fried dumplings are steamed in a frying pan using the master's skill. The skin is crispy yet chewy, and the filling has a unique flavor with a hint of ginger and the sweetness of vegetables. Boiled dumplings are smooth and smooth, while grilled dumplings are a different kind of enjoyment. The dipping sauce is a special Western vinegar. The exquisite sourness and spiciness are irresistible! In conclusion, this is the best gyoza I've had recently! ! I was soothed by the warmth of the host and landlady. It's a little far from my home, but I want to go here.
