Nishitokyo, Tokyo, Japan｜Aoyama Gyōza-bō Hibarigaoka

Had a superb dinner here. Very accommodating to my friend’s request of changing the soup base and meat. Friendly and nice atmosphere plus of course delicious and spicy food. My go to place for spice Chinese food cravings.

The gyoza that everyone has written about is big, juicy, and delicious, but my favorite is the pork belly noodles! A gentle soy sauce ramen topped with plenty of crunchy fragrant pork belly and bean sprouts. I can't stop eating the soup made with pork belly fat.

When I stopped by Hibarigaoka for some errands, I bought some take-out gyoza [5 pieces for 400 yen]. It was very delicious. The taste is good, each one is large, and there's a lot inside, so I'm very satisfied. The Chinese staff at the store also had very good customer service.
