I received some gyoza to take home. First of all, the skin is delicious, and the filling inside matches the thickness of the skin. I think the color of the tape that ties the takeout bag is green is perilla, red is kimchi, and yellow is normal, but when I grilled the yellow and ate it, I was surprised to find that it turned out to be kimchi. Don't forget about the color of the tape! lol If you don't like shiso, I recommend the shiso gyoza as it uses a generous amount of shiso and is refreshing and easy to eat. I want to eat it again. I always order the meat dumplings with pork soup set meal. The skin of the gyoza is chewy and the meat is juicy, so I think it's the best gyoza I've ever eaten🥹♡ The pork soup is always piping hot and has a very delicious taste, and the pork inside is also very delicious without a meaty smell.
