More Comments at Google MapOn the 6th floor of Tachikawa Station LUMINE, go up the escalator and it's on your right. I entered the store around 19:00 on Sunday, but I entered without waiting. I think there were about 40 seats. We ordered black vinegar sunray tanmen with tomato and gomoku ankake yakisoba. The set comes with apricot kernel tofu, soup, and two pieces of the restaurant's specialty, grilled dumplings. I couldn't take a picture of the menu, but there was a half-and-half set of noodles and rice, so it was a lot of variety. The sanra tanmen was delicious with a good balance of not too spicy and not too sour. Gomoku Ankake Yakisoba had a large amount of ingredients and the noodles were moderately baked, which was also delicious. I think the soy sauce for gyoza probably contained black vinegar. This was great too! Regarding the customer service of the clerk, the young female staff was unfriendly, but the young male staff had a good impression. I was able to eat comfortably with good care and amiability. Last order at 20:00, closing at 21:00. I think that there are many LUMINE shops with last orders at 20:30, so if you plan to visit, let's go early!
For lunch, I had the hot and sour noodles (1,200 yen including tax) with the noodle set of your choice (includes gyoza and almond tofu). A thick soy sauce-based soup with beaten eggs, chili oil, and the spiciness and sourness of vinegar.Toppings include tomatoes, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, komatsuna, and tofu. The gyoza was juicy and everyone enjoyed it ^^ A single item costs 1,000 yen including tax.
Gomoku chilled Chinese noodles 1,210 yen It was a feast.
